Sadly no. While we love dogs, our focus is on cats and small animals.
-
Not at this time. We plan to expand to doing so in the future when we move but not right now.
-
Once the meet and greet is set, we provide our phone number. We reach out via text or call, whichever you prefer, and you can reach out any time with questions or concerns and we will always try to respond quickly, especially during the visits themselves.
-
I always try to go off of your preference, with medical focused visits getting the highest priority. I have a range in the form you would fill out as well. Morning: 6AM-11AM. Afternoon: 11AM-4PM. Evening: 4PM-9PM. If you need a specific time, you can add that to the form and I will always aim for that time.
-
We go over everything for the visits. What you expect from us, meeting the pets themselves and going over any care that is needing to be provided from food to cleaning. We also always ask to see how any medication is administered.
-
We ask for a key or code during the meet and greet. We will always test the method before leaving to make sure it works.
-
As of right now, we take Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, and cash. We always show what the cost will be after you fill out the meet and greet request form and will confirm it at the meet and greet.
-
We usually ask for it at the time of the meet and greet or at least a week in advance. If this is a short notice visit, we will usually ask for it as soon as you can send it before the visit.
-
We offer a full refund if you cancel 72 hours in advance. If you cancel 24-72 hours in advance, we offer half refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of that start date of the visit, we do not offer a refund. If you have an emergency, as it is just us we are usually able to work with you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Cat focused questions
-
NO! We will never charge more for how many cats. That is what the timing choice is for. If you have a lot of cats, we suggest longer times as it takes more to feed them and do general care, but we do not charge more for having more cats.
-
Whatever you would like! The normal routine is a photo of each litter box, food and water bowls, and at least one of each cat that is willing to say hi. We tend to take at least one video of playing and more photos of them but if you do not want all of that just let me know.
-
Feeding, changing water, health checks, litter cleaning, and play time is done for each visit. With any extra time, we focus on more play and scratches for them.
-
I am part of a couple of pet sitting apps as well offering the same services, but I prefer this method as you, the client, get the same service from an insured sitter, but there is no middleman taking a solid portion of what you believe you are paying the sitter. So partially for pay, but also to allow people another option where they get to talk to a real person no matter what, no AI or automated response.
-
If the cat shows signs of extreme distress or illness, we take them in while reaching out to you to explain the situation. If your preferred vet is closed, we take them to an emergency vet you have signed off on.
-
We will send a vet release form in an email before the meet and greet. We will also have one on our tablet if needed at the meet and greet. If you would rather contact your vet and let them know the situation, that is also acceptable but we highly recommend filling out the form.
-
We will never let a cat outside on my visits due to safety and insurance reasons. If they can be a purely indoor cat during the time you are away, then it is fine.
-
On a limited basis. It all comes down to the temperament of the cat and if they will allow it. If they are very skittish or will attack if we try, it can be very hard. So any life affecting medications that must be forced into them I am always hesitant on until I know more.
Small animal focused questions
-
NO! That is what the different times are for. If you feel you have a lot of pets that need extra work, simply ask for the 40 minute time but we will never charge for more pets.

Feeding, changing water, health checks, fluffing of bedding, basic cleaning, and play time is done for each visit. With any extra time, we focus on more play and scratches for them if they allow it.
-
Almost all of them. Reptiles, rodents, rabbits, birds, exotic fish, etc. If you feel yours is out there, always feel free to add that to the notes in the meet and greet.
-
Depends on the situation. We will always try to replace bedding based on your set preferences but full cleanings and wipe downs can take hours depending on the type of set up. For extended trips, we will usually ask what your preference is and work out a day and payment for that.
-
If it is stuff like crickets and bugs, sure. Anything beyond that, no.
-
Unless it is in a form that they can easily eat or simply rubbed on them, it is usually a no as it is fairly difficult to provide medications for small animals that do not know you.
